The final guests to FAF’s seminar programme are booked, and FAF is happy to announce that writer and director Jericca Cleland-Hura, animator and technical director Mark Davies, and award winning animation director and published children’s book author Felix Massie will participate with seminars during the festival.
Jericca Cleland-Hura developed her skills in the story-centric environment of Pixar Animation Studios. Her work has gained attention for compelling stories, strong performance, and cinematic quality. Using live action clips as a foundation for study, this seminar exposes the power of images to build story, context and emotion, and presents practical techniques for structuring visuals to support cinematic narrative.
Mark Davies and Felix Massie both work for Nexus Studios in London. Mark started his career in 1998 working as an animator on several children’s television series in his home city of Toronto, Canada.
