In order to prevent the spread of the corona virus and ensure a safe festival experience for everyone, FAF is following the authorities’ directives and regulations strictly.
In addition to the public health advice of maintaining at least 1 metre distance from others and following good respiratory and hand hygiene, we ask our visitors to be aware of the following infection control measures:
– FAF reserves the right to deny you access to our events if you are exhibiting symptoms
– You will be asked to provide your email-address and phone number when purchasing passes and tickets
– The ticketing system enforces one empty seat between each member of the audience (exceptions apply for groups living in the same household and buying single tickets). Please use no other than the seat that is stated on your ticket(s)
– Free events are ticketed and require advance registration
To help avoid queues and easily let you secure a spot at our screenings and events, we strongly encourage you to use our online ticketing system to book your seat at the event if you have a festival pass, or to purchase single tickets.
Most importantly, we ask you to stay at home if you have any symptoms!
Our virtual festival edition lets you follow events and screenings from the safety of your home. All full festival passes grant unrestricted access to the digital festival, and unused day passes are converted to digital passes free of charge upon request.
