In collaborations with the unique wine and sake bar hoi polloi, we serve you four ground breaking animated short films, that in its own way pushes the boundaries for what animation can do and tell. Under the label ‘Abstraction at hoi polloi’ FAF has presented a non-narrative films since 2020 at the partner bar hoi polloi which is a favorite hangout in Fredrikstad. This year’s program has both abstract films and absurd comedy, and also films that uses AI as a tool for creating audio visual stories. Meet up early, the bar is small and it can be very crowded.
