Emilija Juzeliūnaitė is an animation director from Lithuania. Her focus is storytelling and art direction by creating immersive stories and beautiful worlds. She’s interested in inter-human relationships and unexpected hardships they overcome.
Her latest film Family Album follows a separated by birth brother and sister, who reunite on a TV show and encounter unexpected challenges rebuilding their connection. And current film in pre-production Inner Glow, tells the story of two women who find each other in a dying world, and must find out if love is reason enough to stay together.
Emilija is a co-founder of the animation studio, Emilemilija, producing commercial animations and illustrations. She also works with education, creating media workshops for high-school students and teachers.
