Anita Svingen (b.1976) has been involved with the Norwegian Short Film Festival since 2006, and became the festival manager in 2012, and also head of program since 2015. She studied Film and Television at the University of Westminster in London and worked in Norwegian television production for over a decade. She has been involved in several organizations and festivals, including Norwegian Festivals and Oslo/Fusion International Film Festival.
