Matilde Camacho (b. in Porto in 1997. Since 2016, she has mostly dedicated herself to animation. She studied at Escola Artística Soares dos Reis where she directed her first stop motion short film, and graduated from the Animation and Multimedia Design degree in IPPortalegre. In 2020, she collaborated with the design agency Duplo Network, directing and animating short videos for different brands. In 2021, she joined Animais AVPL's team. There, she built sets and props for stop motion, and animated in this technique. She also inbetweened in 2D, painted digitally and by hand, and she even vaccum cleaned here and there. In the last few years, she directed the shortfilm porto2000.
