Six films have been selected to compete for the award for best animated Nordic-Baltic children's film at the animation festival. The program offers both coziness and adventure, along with plenty of music and silliness, just as a proper children's film program should. The style is at times abstract, but feels organic and nostalgic. Many of the films are also made by students, showing that new filmmakers too have the drive to create artistically strong, quality films for children. A dedicated local children's jury will judge the films and select the winning film.
