Bill Wise (b.1964) has been working with 3D Computer graphics since 1987. Graduating college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting, he was quickly drawn to the intersection of Art, Film and Technology in the field as it blossomed during the late 80s and early 90s. He joined Pixar in 1994 for the first Toy Story film, and over the next 29 years worked on award winning films such as the Incredibles, Wall-E, Brave, Finding Dory, and the Incredibles 2, as well as many short films and special projects. Since 2019 he has been working in the streaming space, as a VFX Supervisor for Pixar projects for Disney+, and just this summer left Pixar to focus on teaching.
