Storyline Jury
Andreas Grimsø

Andreas Grimsø has worked professionally in the industry since 2007 when digital cameras established a new era of production methods. Pioneering how we handle large datasets trough a production cycle. He modernised Norsk Filmstudios camera department and bridged the gap between shoot and post. In 2009 he was part of the team that created Storyline Studios. Today Andreas is CEO of Storyline managing postproduction and rental. The company specialises in feature films and premium drama, following productions from the shoot through to the final master: camera and lighting rental, lab, editing, sound design and mix, conform, colour grading and delivery. Its long-term collaborators include Mer Film, Motlys and Eye Eye Pictures. Storyline handled camera, picture and sound post-production on Joachim Trier's Sentimental Value, which won Norway its first Academy Award for Best International Feature.
Andreas works where the creative, technical and financial sides of filmmaking meet, and he stays closely involved with the producers and directors the company serves.
Mette Tange

Mette Tange is an International film director who has spent her career bringing stories to life that are full of heart, humor, and imagination. With a background in character animation - including global favorites like Minions, Sing, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs II and Captain Underpants - she has worked at the very highest level of animation before turning her focus to directing.
From her award-winning short films to her debut feature, Richard the Stork and the Mystery of the Great Jewel (2023), and her upcoming feature, Santa’s Workshop, set for cinema release in November 2026, Mette’s journey continues to prove that animation is more than entertainment - it’s a way to connect, laugh, and inspire.

Eric Vogel

Eric Vogel is a producer and CEO/co-founder of the independent production company Tordenfilm, based in Oslo, Norway. His work in animation includes the two hit feature films about Two Buddies and a Badger (2015, 2020), Metropia (2009), and the multi award-winning short The Absence of Eddy Table (2016). Vogel also works in live action, producing drama series such as Valkyrien (2017) , Zombielars (2017-2019,) and A Sámi Wedding (”Heajastallan”)(2026) as well as feature films such as Quo Vadis Aida? (2020) and Norwegian Nija (2010). He is currently producing an animated feature film for Qvisten Animation scheduled for release in 2028.
Felicia Anna Aurora Bergström

Felicia Bergström, born in Sweden, is a Berlin-based artist, animator, director and filmmaker. She studied animation and animation directing at the Film University Babelsberg. As part of her artistic practice, she creates various types of audiovisual projects, ranging from immersive video installations and live performances to classical narrative and experimental animated shorts for single screen and virtual reality, seeking to explore and expand the boundaries of the moving image.
Toril Simonsen

Toril Simonsen has worked for more than 30 years at the Norwegian Film Institute, where her principal focus was the promotion of Norwegian short and documentary films. She served on the board of directors of the Norwegian Short Film Festival (established in 1978) from 1981 to 2003, and acted as director of the festival from 1989 to 1991. She was also one of the founders of the Nordic short and documentary film festival Nordisk Panorama, co-directing its inaugural edition in 1990, and served on the board of directors of the Fredrikstad Animation Festival from 2001 to 2003. In addition, she co-founded the Norwegian film quarterly “Z” in 1983 and remained part of its editorial group until 1987. Throughout her career, she has served as a jury member at numerous international short and documentary film festivals.

Karoline Nederby is Festival Director at Viborg Animation Festival. She has 16+ years of experience in the media industry, including more than a decade at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR), working in production management and editorial roles across a wide range of television programmes, from developing ideas and new formats to storytelling and producing content for broad audiences. As Festival Director, she is responsible for the strategic development of Viborg Animation Festival.
