Audun Rødberg grew up in Hamar. Rødberg worked as an animator and illustrator in Oslo from 1997 to 2012, beginning with their first animation assignment on Gurin with the Foxtail in 1997. Since then, Rødberg has worked for Filmkameratene, Qvisten Animation, Mikrofilm, and others as an animator, effects animator, background artist, and illustrator, contributing to projects such as Elias: The Little Rescue Boat and Moomin. In 2012, Rødberg moved back to Hamar and continues to work as a freelance artist on illustration, cartoon, and animation assignments. Since 2021, Rødberg has been part of Pixfork Games as visual lead and animator on three games, with the current title in development having been granted 1,000,000 NOK in support.
