Sydney Neter

Sydney Neter is the founder of SND Films, a boutique sales agency established in 1994. Sydney began their career as a production assistant for features and commercials in Amsterdam before moving into distribution. From 2001 to 2010, they served on the Dutch Film Fund’s shorts commission, helping shape the country’s short film landscape. Today, Sydney represents animated, live-action, and documentary shorts, with a particular fondness for animated short docs. SND Films is the exclusive agent for all of Bill Plympton’s animated shorts outside the USA, alongside other standout titles such as QUOTA by Oscar-nominated duo Job, Joris & Marieke, Anna Samo’s The Wild-Tempered Clavier, and the 2026 Oscar-nominated The Three Sisters. The Norwegian short IVAR had its world premiere at Sundance 2026. Sydney also proudly represents a strong slate of entertaining LGBTQI+ shorts.
