Emanu is an animator, prop maker and illustrator working in the film and games industries and with political satire. His design style was developed during his studies at Stockholm University of the Arts where he studied Narrative Animated Film before graduating in 2019. His creative philosophy is strongly connected with what can be made by hand and with sustainability in mind. ÅTERSÅDD is his second short film as director. He is currently active as director, animator and prop maker, working with companies such as Filmic Art, Lava Potion and Acne/IKEA. He has made props for THE QUEENS (TV4, 2020), Sune vs. Sune (2018) and the upcoming documentary by Annika Kustfält The 28 Children of Vilhelmina (Working title)
